Returns and Refunds
- Return Period: Our return policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging. We do not accept returns that smell of smoke, have pet hair, stains, or have been washed.
- Damaged Goods: If items are not returned in their original condition or are damaged (not due to a manufacturer fault), you will not be eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with our customer service team. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, it may take up to 4 working days to inspect and process it. We will notify you if your refund or exchange is approved. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.
